Your mission

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles,permissionsand security configurations
  • Monitor and manage data integrity, performing regular data audits,cleaningand migration
  • Provide first-level user support, troubleshooting issues andassistingusers with Salesforce functionality
  • Manage and track support tickets, ensuringtimelyresolution and clear communication with internal stakeholders
  • Identifysystem issues and document them clearly for escalation or resolution
  • Create andmaintainreports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making
  • Create andmaintainautomation using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools.
  • Provide Training and guidance to users totimproveadoption and effective user of Salesforce
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifyopportunities for process improvement and system optimization

Your profile

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar Salesforce role, ideally in Sales and Service Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of user management, permission sets, profile and sharing settings
  • Strongexpertisein creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce, CRM Analytics experience is a plus
  • Experience in data management and related tools (such as Data Loader, Inspector Reloaded, Excel)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce flows and declarative automation tools
  • Excellent communication,collaborationand problem-solving abilities
  • English Fluent,additional languages are a plus
